Prior roles include Tulsa President and EVP at First Fidelity Bank, SVP Commercial Lender at Equity Bank, and SVP Commercial Lender at SpiritBank, where Ryan achieved significant loan origination and portfolio growth. Ryan's banking career began as Vice President of Commercial Lending at First United Bank, followed by positions at Arvest Bank, First Horizon/First Tennessee Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank. Ryan holds a completed degree from SW Graduate School of Banking and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
