Sarah Robertson

Sarah Robertson is an experienced corporate governance professional with a robust background in company secretarial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Company Secretary at First Quantum Minerals LTD since June 2017, Sarah also held the position of Company Secretary at the Courtauld Institute of Art, U. of London until May 2024. Previous roles include Company Secretary at GENEL ENERGY PLC from July 2012 to June 2017 and Deputy Company Secretary at Misys plc from June 2009 to July 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Assistant Group Secretary at Standard Chartered Bank and Assistant Company Secretary positions at RSA and Telewest Communications (now Virgin Media). Sarah Robertson holds a MsC in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University.
