Angela Waite

Angela Waite has extensive legal experience in the healthcare and corporate sectors, currently serving as Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) since July 2010. Angela has held various titles at HOOPP, including Senior Managing Counsel and Privacy Officer, demonstrating expertise in corporate law and privacy issues. Prior to joining HOOPP, Angela worked as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP and completed an articling position at Koskie Minsky LLP. Angela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of New Brunswick, where earlier studies concluded with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
