Ryan Kephart, MBA, PHR

Ryan Kephart, MBA, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic partnerships and leadership development. Currently serving as an HR Manager at First Rate, Inc, Ryan is responsible for managing HR operations and serving as a strategic management partner to leadership. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Burn The Settle Consulting.
