Scott Compton

Scott Compton has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Scott began their career as a Junior Systems Administrator at SunGard Availability Services from April 2006 to June 2008. Following this, they worked as a Sales Compensation Analyst at Synygy from June 2008 to June 2014, where they focused on designing and implementing sales compensation management software. From June 2014 to November 2015, Scott worked at Lincoln Financial Group as a Business Analyst, primarily writing high-level design documentation for software product changes and streamlining business activities. Scott then joined InvestEdge, Inc. as a Product Owner from December 2015 to April 2023, where they worked as a technical business analyst within an agile framework and ensured clients' requests were understood and tested. Currently, they are a Senior Product Owner at First Rate, Inc., starting in April 2023.
