Jim Gwinn

Jim Gwinn is the current Chief Information Officer at First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet). Prior to this role, Jim held various IT leadership positions at U.S. Department of Agriculture, Verizon Business, MCI WorldCom, WorldCom, Inc., and EDS, Inc. Jim also has extensive experience in software development, network systems, and strategic planning. Gwinn holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
