Eric Cournoyer

Vice President Lead Mortgage Loan Officer at First Seacoast Bank

Eric Cournoyer has extensive experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Eric began their career in 1986 at Avco Financial Services, where they held various positions and eventually became the AVP Midwest Credit Manager. Eric then joined HomeFirst National Bank in 1997 as the AVP Mortgage Lending Operations Director. In 1999, Eric became the AVP Mortgage Sales Branch Manager at HSBC, where they managed three branches and received the Owners Award in 2008. After that, they worked as the CEO of Avatar Business Coaching, LLC, where they provided targeted solutions to clients. Eric then held positions at The Mortgage Specialists, Citizens Bank, and People's United Bank before joining First Seacoast Bank in 2014 as the Vice President Lead Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, they specialized in Jumbo, Construction, and Portfolio Loans. Eric has a strong background in mortgage loan origination and account management, serving various regions in New Hampshire and Maine.

Eric Cournoyer attended Saint Anselm College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including NMLS 16890 from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and New Hampshire Real Estate Agent from the NH Real Estate Commission.
