Heidi Worrall

Heidi Worrall, PHR has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Heidi started their career in 1991 as a Head Teller at First Bank Davenport, IA, where they worked until 1993. Heidi then joined Firstar Bank NA as a Personal Banker from 1993 to 1994. In 1994, they became a Collections Specialist at the same company. From 1994 to 2021, Heidi worked at First Security Bank & Trust, initially as a VP - Human Resources and later on as a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions and providing support to the Bank's Retail and Operation Departments.

Heidi Worrall, PHR completed their high school education at Columbus High School from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating in the year 1988.
