Dean L.

Dean L. has had a varied and successful career in the banking industry. Dean started in 1983 as a Management Trainee and Loan Officer at Allied Bank of Dallas. In 1986, they joined First Commercial Bank of Little Rock as an Assistant Vice President. From 1993 to 2001, Dean worked at First National Bank of Springdale, Arkansas, where they served as Vice President. In 2001, they joined First Security Bank as a Senior Vice President and held that position until 2011 when they became the Chief Lending Officer for NW Arkansas. Most recently, as of March 2020, Dean has been serving as the Springdale Market President at First Security Bank.

Dean L. attended the University of Arkansas from 1978 to 1983, where they earned a BA and MBA degree. Their field of study was finance and banking.
