John Gilliland

John Gilliland currently serves as the Vice President of Facilities Management at First Service Credit Union, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, John worked as the Facilities Manager at Shell Federal Credit Union from June 2017 to March 2025. John has significant experience in electronic security, having been a Customer Solutions Specialist at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. from February 2016 to June 2017, and a Senior Service Technician at Diebold from March 2002 to February 2016, where responsibilities included service and installation of access control, alarm systems, and CCTV in banking and commercial environments. John’s career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, serving as an ET Electronic Technician from July 1996 to February 2002, specializing in the maintenance of marine radar systems and communications. John Gilliland holds education credentials from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business, earning a degree between 2000 and 2002.
