Tim Guiden has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tim started their career at First Settlement Physical Therapy in 2013, where they held the positions of Regional Director and later Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, they joined Broad River Rehab as a PRN Physical Therapist. In 2018, Tim embarked on a role as an Expert Witness. In 2021, they became a Rehabilitation Consultant. Tim's extensive experience spans various roles, demonstrating their expertise in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Tim Guiden obtained a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Ohio University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, completing their studies between 2006 and 2010. Tim has also obtained additional certifications, including being Dry Needling Certified by Masterdryneedling in 2020 and being LSVT Big certified through LSVT Global, Inc. in 2015.

FSPT) is a family owned private practice that strives to treat its employees and patients as part of that family. We have been in business over 20 years and have grown into 35 clinics throughout WV and OH. FSPT’s first clinic was founded in Marietta, OH in 1999. The company name originates from Marietta being the Northwest Territory’s first settlement so we thought First Settlement Physical Therapy would be quite fitting! FSPT is owned by Hema Hargus. Her son, Simon Hargus; her husband, Phil Hargus; and her daughter in-law, Lisa Hargus, along with an extremely well-trained staff, help run FSPT and make it WV and OH's most trusted physical therapy provider.
