Eric Foster

Eric Foster is a Registered Patent Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law and engineering. They began their career as a co-op at NASA before progressing through roles at GE Aviation, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Benesch Law, where they specialized in patent preparation and prosecution. Currently, Eric serves as Intellectual Property Counsel at First Solar and Senior Attorney at Cleveland-Cliffs, contributing to the protection of technology portfolios. They hold a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University, respectively.
