Ing-Hai Koh

Ing-Hai Koh has over 20 years of work experience in IT roles. Ing-Hai started their career at Midwest Stamping Mfg. where they served as a Senior System Analyst, responsible for supporting and driving adoption of the ERP system. At Kautex Textron, they worked as an SAP Supply Chain Lead and EDI Manager, leading the implementation of the global SAP ERP system and supporting daily EDI operations. Ing-Hai then joined First Solar, where they held various roles including IT Supply Chain Systems Lead and IT Manager, II, responsible for managing SAP Shared Services and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Shared Services at First Solar, overseeing operations and setting long-term strategies.

Ing-Hai Koh earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Bowling Green State University between 1993 and 1997. They then went on to complete a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the same university, which was obtained from 1997 to 2000. Ing-Hai Koh also holds various certifications in fields such as training, cybersecurity, NLP, agile project management, ITIL, SAP, and Six Sigma.
