Pavithran Rajendran

Pavithran Rajendran, CPF, currently serves as a Global Supply Chain Analyst at First Solar since November 2023. Previously, Pavithran was a Supply Chain Program Manager at Microsoft from January 2022 to September 2023, and prior to that held the position of Process Improvement Manager at Tata Motors, where responsibilities included leading a team of 11 Authorized Dealerships for commercial vehicle service. Earlier roles included Process Engineer at Tata Motors, where maintenance of a fleet of 110 buses for the Commonwealth Games was a key responsibility, and internships in operations management and production planning at Pricol Limited and CRI Pumps, respectively. Pavithran holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Production Systems from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
