See Chun Tong

See Chun Tong has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Group Manager for Module Operation at First Solar since February 2009, leading both the Engineering and Operation teams. From 2019 to 2023, See Chun Tong held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, focusing on supporting company goals through team leadership in the manufacturing engineering sector. Prior roles include Integration Manager at First Solar from 2017 to 2019, overseeing product integrated performance and process improvement. Before joining First Solar, See Chun Tong was Head of Department at Osram Opto Semiconductors (M) Sdn Bhd from 2004 to 2009, managing multiple process areas, particularly in moulding process optimisation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer at Renesas Semiconductors (M) Sdn Bhd from 2000 to 2004, specializing in backend and middle of line processes.
