Stacey Dodge currently serves as Head of Business Process Excellence at First Solar, having joined the company in August 2023. With extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, Stacey has held significant roles including Head Global Quality, Product Lifecycle and Master Data Management at Oerlikon, and Global Quality Director for the Power Technologies Group at Dana Incorporated. Additionally, Stacey has directed global supplier quality initiatives at Gentherm and has experience in quality management at Lear Corporation and Terumo Cardiovascular Systems. Stacey is also an active member of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society and Chief, a network for women in executive leadership. Educational qualifications include a BS in Medical Technology from Michigan Technological University and an MSM in Management from Walsh College.
