Heather Padula

Heather Padula has over 24 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Deposit Operations at First Source Federal Credit Union since January 2008, Heather has held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager, Branch Operations Supervisor, and MSR Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at Partners Trust Bank, where Heather worked as the Outbound Call Center Supervisor/Admin Assistant and Head Teller, as well as at SBU Bank as a Senior Teller, and at Savings Bank of Utica as a Teller.
