Katie Ullman has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Katie started their career at Katherine Stein as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 1999. Katie then worked at Partners and Napier as a Copywriter, where they were involved in conceptual thinking, creative writing, and proofreading/editing. Katie also co-founded the Rewards & Recognitions Program to boost morale in the workplace. Katie later worked as a Freelance Copywriter at Katherine Stein, where they researched products and services and developed ad campaigns for multi-media settings. Katie then joined The Home Depot as the Department Head of Special Services and later as the Assistant Store Manager-Operations. At Romanelli Communications, Katie served as an Account Manager, managing multiple client accounts and presenting strategic marketing plans. Katie also worked as a Copywriter, developing creative copy for various marketing materials. Currently, they are working at First Source Federal Credit Union, initially as a Marketing Coordinator, then as a Marketing Supervisor, and most recently, as the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications. In these roles, they have managed department activities, vendor relationships, and community partnerships, ensuring on-brand messaging and delivering results. Overall, Katie Ullman has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, and project management throughout their career.
Katie Ullman earned their BFA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they received their HS Diploma from Pittsford Sutherland High School between 1991 and 1995.
