Tanya Turner currently serves as the Member Solutions & Recovery Manager and Finance Project Manager at First Source Federal Credit Union since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya held the position of Assistant Underwriting Manager at Guaranteed Rate from September 2021 to August 2022, and was the Processing Manager at Premier Lending, Inc. for a brief period in 2021. Tanya's extensive experience in the financial sector includes a longstanding tenure at NBT Bank from June 1993 to May 2021, where Tanya advanced to the role of AVP- Home Lending Credit Operations Supervisor. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College.
