Tom Koehler started their work experience in 1996 as a Systems Administrator at Cigna. Tom then worked as a Senior Network Administrator at Ceridian from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they became a Fiber Optic Technician at Telergy Network Services, Inc. From 2002 onwards, they worked as an Information Technology Director at First Source Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for all aspects of technology and telecommunications.
Tom Koehler earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in the years 1994 to 1996. Tom then pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at Utica University from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Tom has also obtained certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional from (ISC)² in 2018 and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in 2012.
