Cassandra Welch

Cassandra Welch, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at First South Farm Credit since June 2015. Prior to this role, Cassandra was the People Development Coordinator at Mississippi Baptist Health Systems from October 2013 to June 2015. Cassandra has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as HR Manager at Milwaukee Electric Tool from January 2002 to September 2013, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, safety program development, and employee relations. Earlier positions include HR Representative, HR Assistant, Payroll Clerk, and Payroll Supervisor at Food Giant Supermarkets, Inc., along with various roles in accounting and graphic arts. Cassandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Belhaven University and an Associate of Arts degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Remington College.
