Niffer Clarke is an experienced educator and director in the performing arts, currently serving as an Educator and Director at First Stage since June 2019, where responsibilities include teaching Voice & Speech and directing the production of URINETOWN. In addition to this role, Niffer founded Audition Mama Coaching in January 2018, aiming to empower individuals to present their authentic selves during auditions. Previous positions include serving as Music Director, Adjunct Instructor, and Director at Marquette University from January 2017 to March 2020, and holding various directing roles at the University of Pittsburgh, Cardinal Stritch University, and within multiple productions for First Stage. Niffer holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Bucknell University.
