Hillary Torrance

Hillary Torrance has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations at First State Bank since February 2011, where previous roles included Assistant Operations Officer and Branch Manager. Prior to this, Hillary held the position of Branch Manager at Valley Community Bank from July 2005 to February 2011, after serving as Head Teller from September 2002 to July 2005, and as a Teller from 2001 to 2002. Earlier in the career, Hillary worked as an Accounting Assistant at Daily Chronicle from March 1998 to October 2001, providing a solid foundation in finance and operations management.
