James Hochstatter

James Hochstatter's work experience includes serving as the SVP, COO at First State Bank starting in June 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an I/T Analysis, Governance & Project Management consultant at Independent Consulting from July 2016 to June 2018. James also held positions at Ulster Savings Bank, where they were the SVP / COO from September 2004 to July 2016 and a VP from July 2008 to December 2012.

James Hochstatter received their high school education at Boylan Central Catholic High School, where they obtained a diploma in General studies between 1977 and 1981. James then attended Purdue University from 1981 to 1985, majoring in Computer Science and Management. In 2010 and 2011, James acquired a Certificate in Banking and Financial Support Services from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In 2017, they obtained a Certification in Information Technology Security from the CISSP program, which was awarded by ISC2.
