Kelly Walters

Kelly Walters has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kelly started their career as an Associate at Roumell, Lange & Cholack in 2004, where they worked until 2007. Kelly then joined Dykema Gossett PLLC as an Associate from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they made a transition to the banking sector and began working at First State Bank - Michigan. Kelly held multiple positions at the bank, including Chief Risk Officer/Sr VP/General Counsel and currently serves as the Executive Vice President/General Counsel. Additionally, they are involved with Advancing Macomb as a Board Member as of 2020.

Kelly Walters obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Oakland University. Kelly's high school education was completed at Marian High School. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theology/Theological Studies at the University of Detroit Mercy. It is not specified when they attended Ss.
