Lisa Jones

Lisa Jones has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Lisa started their career at Heartland Bank in 1997, where they served as the Vice President of Loan Accounting. In this role, Lisa managed a team responsible for monetary transactions, investor reporting, account reconciliations, and portfolio evaluations. Lisa also worked closely with Loan Servicing Managers, CFO, and Corporate Accounting Managers. Lisa was considered an industry expert in GNMA Investor Reporting. In 2014, Lisa was promoted to Loan Administration Manager at Midland States Bank after the acquisition of Heartland Bank. In this role, they oversaw various departments, including the Investor Reporting Department, the Multifamily Servicing Department, and the Residential/Consumer/Commercial Servicing Department. Lisa then worked as an Independent Consultant at Flat Branch Home Loans in 2017, where they ensured compliance and readiness for servicing loans for government-sponsored entities. Currently, Lisa is employed at First State Bank of St. Charles as the Vice President of Mortgage Loan Servicing. Lisa leads a multi-state department that services mortgage and consumer loans, and they have also managed large-scale projects involving sales of servicing.

Lisa Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Wesleyan University, completing their education from 1987 to 1991.
