Raul Rivas

Raul Rivas has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, holding various vice president and senior vice president roles in loan operations. Raul currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at First State Bank of Uvalde. Prior to this, Raul held leadership positions at Sonora Bank, Lone Star Capital Bank, and other financial institutions. Rivas' career highlights include managing loan operations, overseeing regional loan applications, and branch management. Raul graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
