Pamela Boyd Msn

Pamela Boyd has a variety of work experience in the nursing field. Pamela started their career in 1995 at ChristianaCare, where they worked in various roles including perioperative nurse, administration, and nurse manager. Pamela also held the position of Sr. Program Manager, Patient Experience. In 2014, they joined Wilmington University as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor. In 2022, Pamela worked as a perioperative nurse at MedHQ and First State Orthopaedics. Currently, they are the Director of Nursing at First State Orthopaedics.

Pamela Boyd obtained a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Wilmington University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Immaculata University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they hold a certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses), obtained in 2020.
