Matthew Haughton is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst currently leading the Advice stream of the Catalyst business transformation program at Aware Super since December 2020. With significant experience in analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements, stakeholder engagement, and system upgrades, Matthew has held various positions in reputable organizations, including Senior Business Analyst at Village Roadshow and multiple roles at Scotiabank from Project Lead to Business Analyst. Earlier in their career, Matthew contributed as a Business Analyst at Colonial First State. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Systems in Econometrics from Monash University and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Carey Baptist Grammar School.
