Meena Zhou

Meena Zhou currently serves as the Senior Manager of Risk and Compliance Operations and Technology at Aware Super, where responsibilities include facilitating the transformation of the Line 1 Risk and Compliance function and promoting a strong risk culture across the organization. Prior experience includes a pro bono role as a Risk Consultant for batyr, where Meena developed a risk governance framework, and various senior management positions at the Commonwealth Bank, focusing on product risk, self-managed superannuation, and transformation projects. Meena's early career at ANZ involved enhancing customer experience and engagement strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, along with an associate's degree in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
