Michael Pole

Michael Pole is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud and network engineering across several organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Cloud and Network Engineering at Aware Super since October 2019, Michael leads strategic project delivery and infrastructure operations. Previous roles include Senior Network Engineer at First State Super, where Michael focused on cloud architecture and security operations, and Senior Systems Engineer at Kiandra IT, responsible for solution design and infrastructure rollout. Earlier positions include significant contributions to the establishment of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency's ICT infrastructure and a foundational role at the Nurses Board of Victoria as a Network Engineer. Michael's career began as a Helpdesk Operator at Blue Technology, progressing through various technical support roles.
