Patricia Faulkner

Patricia has extensive senior and chief executive experience across a range of sectors including health, welfare, banking, telecommunications, government, superannuation, and professional services. She specialises in the governance of not for profit member organisations.

She holds a number of board and advisory roles including: Jesuit Social Services, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Catholic Professional Standards, Melbourne Racing Club, the Melbourne Theatre Company, and Caritas Australia.

Patricia was awarded an Order of Australia in June 2008 for her services to Health and Social Policy. In 2002, she received a Centenary Medal for her services to Public Administration. She was also recognised with an Honorary Doctorate from Monash University in 2013.

Patricia was appointed to the Board of Aware Super Pty Ltd on 1 July 2020. She is a member of the Governance and Nominations Committee and the Direct Assets Committee.
