Theron Williams

Theron Williams is an experienced professional in case management and hospitality, currently serving as a Residential Case Manager at First Step House since June 2019. In this role, Theron develops personalized case management plans, teaches life-skill classes addressing criminogenic behaviors, and collaborates with various agencies to connect clients with essential community resources. Prior to this position, Theron was the Hospitality Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a team of volunteers and managing community resources for families of patients. Theron began a career in retail as a Keyholder at J.Crew from October 2012 to April 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Utah, completed in 2015.
