Trevor Turner

Trevor Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staffing, broadcasting, and sales. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at First Step Staffing since April 2023, Trevor focuses on empowering individuals facing barriers to employment. Prior to this role, Trevor was the Director of Business Operations at Harrison National Employment, where significant growth was achieved, including over 2,500 placements within three years. Trevor's earlier career includes positions at Robert Half, where staffing solutions were provided to over 600 companies, and various roles in the broadcasting field, including as an Account Executive and On-Air Talent at ESPN. Trevor holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University and has a strong educational foundation, including an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Luxembourg.
