Paula Seals

Paula Seals is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Community Relations at First Steps Recovery since July 2017, where efforts are concentrated on strengthening relationships with Kaiser, VA's, Active Military, and First Responders. Additionally, Paula has held roles such as Director of Business Development and Veterans Liaison, focusing on coordinating substance use disorder services for veterans. Since January 2022, Paula has been the Sacramento WAAT Speaker Chair for the WAAT Women's Association of Addiction Treatment. Paula is also a partner at Bear River Ranch, engaged in cattle ranching and hay farming, and at A to Z Storage, LP, a self-storage facility, both partnerships active since 2001 and 1990, respectively. Previous experience includes various roles at Turning Point from March 2014 to July 2017, including Records Specialist, Psych Tech, Billing Tech, and Payee Service Manager.
