Dalay Ferrer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Research Assistant Intern at the Urban Education Institute in 2008, where they managed projects for Chicago Public Schools and performed administrative duties. In 2010, they joined Waste Management as an Operations Manager, responsible for streamlining operations procedures, collaborating with senior executives, and managing business unit operations. From 2013 to 2015, Dalay served as a Client Services Manager at Intermedix. In 2015, they joined MDLIVE as a Senior Account Manager, Operations for Health Systems, focusing on healthcare operations. Most recently, Dalay worked at First Stop Health, starting in 2017 as Director of Client Success and later being promoted to Senior Director of Operations in 2022. In these roles, they managed client relationships, provided operational guidance, and developed strategic plans.
Dalay Ferrer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Chicago, completing the program from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University in August 2019.
