Mary McHale is an experienced leader in healthcare operations and sales strategy, currently serving as Vice President of GTM Strategy & Operations at First Stop Health since October 2025. Previously, Mary held the position of Vice President of Sales Strategy at Carrot Fertility, where Mary focused on making fertility care accessible and affordable. Prior to that, Mary was Vice President of Sales Enablement at Everside Health, contributing to the delivery of primary care services. At Alight Solutions, Mary advanced from Senior Consulting Director to Operations Director, advocating for patients and conducting market research to enhance customer service.
