Lisa Elder, MHSA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lisa is currently the Director of National Enterprise Sales at First Stop Health, where they provide telemedicine and virtual healthcare solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Maestro Health as the Northeast Regional Sales Director, achieving the position of Top Producing Sales Director in 2021 and securing a strategic partnership worth $4.5 million in ARR. From 2019 to 2022, Lisa served as the National Sales Executive at Alight Solutions, where they developed and managed relationships with brokers, consultants, and HR leaders, focusing on healthcare benefit administration and HR solutions for enterprise market employers. Before joining Alight Solutions, they held multiple roles at Compass Professional Health Services, including Northeast Regional Sales Executive and Business Development Manager, where they played a vital role in redefining employee healthcare and generating leads for regional sales executives.
