Leah Renner

Leah Renner has extensive work experience in operations and training roles. Leah started their career at Saginaw Valley State University in 2007 as an Online Teaching Support Specialist. In 2009, they joined First Student as an Operations Analyst and later became the Operations Support Manager. Leah was subsequently promoted to the role of North America Employee Portal Manager and then Director of Operations & Training. Currently, Leah holds the position of Sr. Director - Operations & Training at First Student.

Leah Renner obtained a B.A. in Professional & Technical Writing and Communication from Saginaw Valley State University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Cass City High School in 2005. Additionally, Leah has obtained multiple certifications in leadership and professional development from Skillsoft in 2023.
