Timothy Colleran

Timothy Colleran has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Timothy worked as Vice President Charter Sales & Operations and Head of Charter Services at First Student from 2017 until the present. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President - Contact Centers at University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2016. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Senior Vice President - North American Operations at Sitel. Timothy also held the position of Vice President Customer Support at Voyport LLC from 2008 to 2009 and Vice President Partner Performance at Earthlink, Inc from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant/Customer Service Operations at Cardean Learning Group and Director Customer Service Operations at Home Depot. Timothy started their career at MCI Telecommunications, where they held the position of Director for over 15 years. Additionally, Timothy Colleran served as the President of TMC Associates, a consulting firm specializing in call center environments and improving productivity and efficiency.

Timothy Colleran completed an MBA in Accounting & Finance from American InterContinental University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in 1980.
