From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Senior Vice President - North American Operations at Sitel. Additionally, Timothy Colleran served as the President of TMC Associates, a consulting firm specializing in call center environments and improving productivity and efficiency.

Timothy Colleran completed an MBA in Accounting & Finance from American InterContinental University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in 1980.
