Stephanie Scales has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Parts Manager and Service BDC Manager at First Team Automotive Group since January 2008. In the role of Service BDC Manager, Stephanie oversees the call center for service departments across six locations, managing service schedules to optimize productivity and profitability. Previously, Stephanie held the title of Customer Relations Manager, where responsibilities included employee training on dealership processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Stephanie’s earlier experience includes working as a Title Clerk at First Team Honda from July 2003 to January 2008, handling vehicle deal paperwork and assisting with accounts payable and receivables. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Averett University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
