Lauren Henss

Lauren Henss currently serves as the VP of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at First Team Real Estate, a position held since May 2024, focusing on executive leadership and customer success with over 14 additional skills. Prior experience includes serving as Fractional VP of Marketing & Strategic Growth at LCH, Inc. from January 2018 to May 2024, where event and digital marketing expertise were key contributions, alongside roles as Regional Marketing Manager for Compass overseeing Southern California & Hawaii and Director of Marketing at Toll Brothers. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from Augment Business School, expected completion in January 2026, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of the Pacific.
