Ben Hall

Ben Hall has over 24 years of experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as Program Manager II for Experience Center Business Support at First Tech Federal Credit Union since September 2006. Responsibilities include managing an ATM network, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance, as well as coordinating software testing and handling escalated member issues. Prior roles include Program Manager in Core Operations, Branch Operations Specialist, and Card Services Senior Representative. Previous experience at People's Community Federal Credit Union involved managing ACH transactions and member dispute resolutions, alongside an initial role as ACH Representative at Salal Credit Union. Ben Hall holds a diploma in Bookkeeping from Western Business College and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
