Molly Rose

Molly Rose began their career in 2005 at First Horizon Bank, where they worked as a Procedure Developer. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the performance of the debit card portfolio. Molly also implemented and supported an Instant Issue card solution at 165+ financial centers, resulting in significant increases in debit card issuance and usage. Molly oversaw the success of various projects and initiatives, such as EMV chip migration and mergers and acquisitions. In 2017, Molly joined First Tennessee Bank as a Procedure Developer, where they currently work. Additionally, they have held positions as a Debit Card Product & Support Manager, Banking Services Specialist, and Financial Services Representative.

Molly Rose received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
