Monica Truta is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and people analytics, currently serving as the People Analytics and Insights Manager at TransPennine Express since August 2022. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at Merseyrail, including People Analytics Advisor and Human Resources Services Manager, where expertise in quantitative and qualitative research design, HR systems, and reporting were developed. Monica's experience extends to OMV Petrom as a Project Manager and HR Business Partner, and to HR roles at Faurecia Craiova, Hella Romania, and Cargill, showcasing a strong track record in HR strategy development, recruitment, and talent management.
