Nathan Gray

Nathan Gray is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Interface Delivery Manager at TransPennine Express since November 2021, Nathan leads a team to implement Operational Safety Change infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Driver Manager at TransPennine Express, where Nathan managed approximately 140 train drivers, and Area Operations Manager at Great Western Railway from October 2019 to November 2021. Nathan's career began as an Operations Management Trainee at FirstGroup plc, following a tenure as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Global {M}. Educational credentials include an MSc in Leadership & Management from the University of York and a Law degree from the University of Warwick. Nathan completed secondary education at Kingsbury High School.
