David Howard

David Howard has a diverse work experience in various fields. David began their career in the NFL as a Defensive Tackle from 2010 to 2012. Following their football career, they transitioned into the financial industry. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, specializing in providing personalized financial advice to clients. In 2014, they joined First Trust as an Internal ETF/SMA Specialist, where they focused on exchange-traded funds and separately managed accounts. David later served as a Vice President - ETF & SMA Specialist, covering Nevada and Northern California. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Institutional Investments at First Trust, serving various institutions and independent asset managers in different locations.

David Howard attended Oakland Mills High School from 2002 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Brown University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.
