Kristi Maher

Kristi Maher is a legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at First Trust since March 2004, Kristi previously worked as an Associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP from September 1995 to February 2004, and as an Auditor at the National Futures Association from June 1990 to August 1992. Kristi holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and a B.S. in Finance from Miami University, where studies were completed between August 1985 and December 1989. Additionally, Kristi earned a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, studied from 1992 to 1995.
