Elizabeth Shivell

Elizabeth Shivell is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in family law and personnel management. Currently serving as a Contract Paralegal at Liz's Legal Tender since March 2012, Elizabeth provides cost-effective legal support for family law attorneys, including drafting legal briefs and conducting discovery. Previous roles include Senior Paralegal at the Law Offices of BJ Fadem and Associates, where supervision of legal staff and case management were key responsibilities, and Senior Attorney at Shivell and Associates, a family law litigation firm. As a Volunteer Personnel Officer at the First Unitarian Church of San Jose, Elizabeth oversees HR functions for staff members while developing policies and providing counseling. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and has completed coursework in Human Resources Management at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
