Lori Fightmaster

Lori Fightmaster is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Learning and Diversity Officer at First United Bank since March 2015, Lori also holds the position of Director of Retail Banking And Care Center. As the Founder of Leadership Prosperity Group, established in August 2011, Lori specializes in consulting, training, and facilitation in areas such as corporate culture, leadership, and team building. Additionally, Lori is an Adjunct Instructor at Moore Norman Technology Center, teaching courses on emotional intelligence and personality profiles. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at First American Bank and Senior Vice President at Republic Bank & Trust. Lori has received advanced leadership training from the Stagen Leadership Academy, where participation spanned two years.
